Shipping and Refund Policy
Shipping Policy: All Our Products are Digital products and no shipping needed, If there is any Shipping need raises, we will ship it within 24 hours of order and it will reach you within 2-3 days after shipping.
Cancellation Policy: Once enrolled for any Digital or offline course with Free UPSC Materials, We shall not refund the money or will not entertain any transfers to other students.
However, student joining online programs, Test Series programs can claim for refund if you are unable to attempt the tests or if you have any technical issue with the portal.
Technical issues at time of payment side are to taken up with the Gateway provider
Free UPSC Materials will try to help the students with constraints of time, work-force and other factors.
Refunds
All our products are Digital Downloads which can’t be refunded. If in case of Technical Errors, Refunds will be automatically processed instantly and will return to your accounts within 3-7 days of processing.
Gifts
If a product was marked as a gift when purchased and gifted directly to you, its completely free and we don’t charge any amount for that.
